Are you dissatisfied with our services? Do you have a complaint regarding unequal treatment or discrimination? Or do you wish to report a concern related to a (potential) security risk or incident?

Verification of GoCredible’s involvement
If a payment has been processed by GoCredible, your bank statement will always include at least “GoC” or “Stichting GoCredible” in the description.
Providing Clear Information
To enable prompt and accurate handling, we kindly ask you to include all relevant information or supporting documents related to your complaint or incident.
Acknowledgement of Receipt
You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt along with an indication of the expected timeframe for handling your complaint. We aim to process complaints and reports within 15 working days.
Complaints Concerning Suppliers
If your complaint concerns a product or service paid for with GoCredible’s payment services, we kindly ask you to contact the relevant supplier directly.
