Controlled Remuneration

GoCredible applies a prudent, controlled, and sustainable remuneration policy that is aligned with its strategy and risk policy, the organisation's objectives, and takes into account the interests of its customers and GoCredible's broader social responsibility.

No Variable Incentives

GoCredible's policy is designed to prevent incentives among its employees that could adversely affect these interests. Accordingly, GoCredible has not incorporated any criteria or performance targets in its operations to which a variable remuneration component is linked. As a result, no employees receive remuneration that includes a variable component.
