GoCredible provides a smart payment service that makes payments easier and safer for both buyers and sellers. We treat buyers and sellers equally and ensure that neither party is exposed to financial risk. As a buyer, you only pay once you have received the product or service, and the seller is not required to deliver until the payment has been made. That’s how it should be, and that’s how we intend to keep it.
Unfortunately, even legitimate and secure payment solutions are sometimes misused by criminals. They use them to mislead people into making payments or to collect banking details in order to withdraw money without consent.
What to watch out for
- Our payments are always made through an iDEAL environment. There is no other way (such as bank transfer) to pay through us.
- GoCredible does not conduct payments through services like Tikkie or any other payment requests.
- As a buyer, you always make your payment to Stichting Derdengelden GoCredible. No other account is used.
- Payments made through our platform are never transferred directly to the seller.
- GoCredible will never ask for the PIN code of your debit card.
- When paying through us, you never pay a deposit or in installments.
- Our payment service is not used for transactions on websites such as Marktplaats or Speurders.
